CAPACITY BUILDING WORKSHOP FOR FOCAL POINTS OF THE CENTRAL AFRICA EARLY WARNING MECHANISM

Libreville (Gabonese Republic), August 14, 2024 – Opened on August 12 at the Center for Studies and Capacity Building of the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS) based in Libreville, this Capacity Building Workshop for the focal points of the Early Warning Mechanism of Central Africa (MARAC) ended this Wednesday, August 14, 2024 with wise advice and instructions provided by the President of the ECCAS Commission, His Excellency Ambassador Gilberto Da Piedade Verissimo to the focal points during his closing speech.
